Signal Jammers can be constructed once the Advanced gravtech research project has been completed. Each requires 1 Gravcore, 200 Steel, 80 Gravlite panels, 4 Advanced components, 500 ticks (8.33 secs) of work modified by the construction speed of the builder, and a construction skill of 8.
