The turkey is a large bird that lays eggs.

Taming

Turkeys can be tamed wild, randomly join your colony in an event, or bought pre-tamed from a trading ship.

Production

Turkeys lay a clutch of 1-3 turkey eggs every 11 days. Contrary to real life, Rimworld turkeys cannot lay unfertilized eggs.

Attacks

Turkeys have two attacks: scratch (feet) and bite (beak). In addition to the base damage, both attacks apply a stun for 20 ticks (0.33 secs).
