Charge lance
"A pulse-charged rail-assisted lance weapon. It fires a single shot at high velocity, charging it with unstable energy as it leaves the acceleration rail."

Version history
In Beta 19 it received a crafting recipe allowing it to be used by humans. It also received a slight reduction in damage and time to aim, though the fire rate is the same overall due to an increase in attack cooldown.
