The Plasma Sword is a DLC melee weapon that does a decent amount of damage, has a medium cooldown, and deals sharp damage with the added bonus of occasionally setting the opponent on fire.

Obtaining

Plasma Swords can be purchased from any combat supplier or war merchant or obtained as a quest reward, if you have the Royalty DLC active. The Plasma sword has a linked variant whereupon the death of its user, will be unable to be used again.

Linked Plasma Swords

It is also possible to obtain "linked" versions of Plasma Sword, These linked variants boast a significantly higher dps and slightly higher AP and can only be used by a single pawn, These linked weapons also have the requirement that the user have a specific Noble Title (Knight/Dame) to use it, lest you incur the wrath of the Empire. The Linked Plasma Swords also have randomized names akin to Legendary items from Dwarf Fortress.

Tips

As the Plasma Sword can catch enemies on fire, it makes a decent weapon against most enemies in the game.
