Taming
Caribou can be tamed wild from boreal forests, cold bogs, or tundra, randomly join your colony in an event, or bought pre-tamed from a trading ship.

Female caribou can be milked once every 2 days and when milked they give 10 milk.
Analysis
Caribou provide less daily Milk than other options, but also have lower Hunger Rates. If we equalize the Hunger Rate they will provide about 9.8 Milk per day which is comparable to Camels.
