A flesh whip replaces the natural "Fist" attack of the replaced hand with a significantly more powerful Cut attack. When social fighting, colonists will not use the flesh whip to attack their opponent.[Verify]

  • Name Damage DPS AP Damage Type
    Heart Human Fist 8.2 4.1 12% Blunt
Flesh whip Flesh whip 20.5 60% Cut
  • Removal

Spawns a fleshbeast when removed - the fleshbeast spawns stunned initially.

Removing the part requires ???? of work, ??x medicine of herbal quality or better, and a Medical skill skill of ????.

    Analysis

The flesh whip has slightly better dps than the elbow blade, and is free to gain (with good RNG), however it comes with several downsides. It decreases a pawns beauty by 1, and pawns without the Body Modder trait or precept will be upset by having it. It also has a high chance to spawn a fingerspike if removed in anyway, but the fingerspike will be initially stunned so it is easy to dispatch.
