Summary
Active hemopumps require a pawn capable of deathrest, such as a sanguophage, 100 W of power, and ? hemogen packs per day. It must be connected to a deathrest casket to function. The hemopump increases the Hemogen need capacity by +25 until the next deathrest, but does nothing on hemogen consumption.
Like other deathrest buildings, a hemopump permanently binds to a pawn once used, with no penalty for deconstruction. Deathresting pawns have their own seperate limit to the buildings they can connect to, which can be increased with a deathrest capacity serum.
Analysis
A hemopump will increase the amount of Hemogen ability uses available before needing to refill on blood. Most of these abilities are related to combat; whenever this is useful compared to increasing move speed or decreasing deathrest time depends on playstyle, though the boost is fairly small anyway. Hemopumps are one of the few deathrest buildings without a connection cap, so can be used if a pawn has a high building capacity.
As with all other deathrest machines, these cost a non-negligble amount of steel and components. Consider holding off on building them until you are more well established and are able to produce steel and components reliabily with deep drills and fabrication benches.
