Remote repairer
A neural implant which allows the mechanitor to repair from a distance. The user links to the mechanoid and uses their own brain to psychically guide the self-repair mechanites.
This implant can be self-installed without surgery.
This implant can be installed up to 3 times to increase its range.

Remote repairers are artificial body parts added by the Biotech DLC.
Acquisition
Remote repairers can be crafted at a Machining table once the High mechtech research project has been completed. They require 1 Powerfocus chip, 6 Components, 3,200 ticks (53.33 secs) of work, and a Crafting skill of 6.
Summary
Having at least 1 remote repairer installed gives access to the Remote Repair ability.
Remote repair is analogous to regular repairing, just from a distance. You must have line of sight in order to initiate the repair, but it can be sustained through walls.
Each installed repairer increases repair range by +8.

Unlike most other artificial body parts, the remote repairer is not installed via an operation. Instead, the selected mechanitor can be selected to use the device on themselves, consuming the item and installing it.
