The flak pants is a protective apparel. It covers the legs.
Usage
It can be used to protect the legs from harm. Jackets and shirts do not protect the legs, and damage to the legs can severely impair colonists, so this is a good option to protect colonists.
A devilstrand duster synergizes quite well with this, providing additional protection to the legs.
