Plate armor
Plate armor is a low-tech full body armor. It can be crafted out of various materials.
It has quite a heavy move speed penalty of -0.8c/s when worn.
Crafting
Can be crafted at a Fueled smithy, once Plate armor has been researched. Requires 634 work baseline, and a minimum of 8 crafting skill.

A set of steel plate armor (170 ) is cheaper than a full set of flak armor (190 + 110 + 3 ). It also provides more blunt and heat protection, but less so for sharp.
