Filth Multiplier is a stat: How susceptible this surface is to filth. If this is less than 100%, some of the filth deposited here will disappear on contact. This only applies to organic filth. Its minimum allowed value is 0%. Its default value is 100%.
The in-game description of this stat is inaccurate. If a floor tile has a Filth Multiplier of less than 100%, there is a reduced chance for organic filth to be deposited on that tile, but the filth is not deleted. Colonists with dirty feet will instead deposit the filth on other floors elsewhere. At the time of writing it is unknown if this is a bug.
Currently, only straw matting has a reduced Filth Multiplier.
